Areas of Practice:

My current areas of practice include civil litigation and criminal litigation.  In particular, I deal with personal injury law, slip and falls, product liability, catastrophic injuries, insurance litigation, federal and provincial offences, estate litigation and administration matters.

I have also served as a Per Diem Assistant Crown Attorney in downtown Toronto ( Old City Hall , College Park and 311 Jarvis).

Community Work:

I am passionate about community involvement and volunteerism.  I have a long history with the National Congress of Italian Canadians.  I served as comptroller and member of the NCIC - Toronto District Board from 1987 to 1988.  I was a delegate of the Board from 1991 to 1998.  In 2000, I was elected a member of the National Executive and served as the national secretary.

I have also held many volunteer positions within the Canadian Bar Association of Ontario including Council Member for Toronto Region, Member of the Member Services Committee, Member of the Equal Opportunity Committee.  I was a Speaker at the C.L.E. Programme "Excelling at Articles".

I have served as a Toronto Region member of the Ontario Justice Education Network.  From 1994 to the present, I have been a member of the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization (CIAO).  I have served as Vice-President since 2005.  For the last 10 years, I have organized the annual mock criminal trial in commemoration of Law Day.  

I co-authored an article titled "Cross-Examining the Forensic Accountant", published for CBAO C.L.E. Programme "Winning with Witnesses".  I am also a regular contributor to community publications.  More recently, I wrote ATestamentary Dispositions:  the importance of the correct legal name published in vol. 4, issue 1 of THE ADVISOR.
